Description:

Pine Ridge Spring is located just down off the Pine Ridge Trail after a long climb coming up from Redwood Camp or just before you do the long drop down towards Redwood Camp.  You would never think there would be a spring at this location, but sure enough there is always great flowing water coming out of the ground here.

Camp Description:There is one "main" campsite, with a large fire ring, a bear box, and some logs to sit on. Beyond this are a few more flattened out areas where tents could be set up. Water from thre spring eas in goof flow. The trail from Pine Ridge Trail to the camp has some encroaching brush and one large downed tree, but the path is still obvious.
Water Source:Flowing
Water Source Details:Camp in decent condition with water flowing from the spring.

Camp Description:We cleaned the ash and re-built the fire ring. The wilderness toilet is full and needs to be re-dug. The large rusty tool cache box, left after the Redwood fire, needs to be removed. The trail to the camp from the Pine Ridge Trail is getting very overgrown and needs brushing.
