I did not check if it was exactly as marked on the topo. I found it by sight and sound. It was nestled among water plants. You could hear it before you could see it and you could see it because of the water plants. Very close to the spring was the camp. Link: Buck Creek Spring Date: 02-29-2016 Surveyor Name: Geoff Camp Description: I looked for Buck Creek Spring but could not find any water^ The lo#ation for the spring on this Internet site is about 350 feet east of the spring lo#ation on the USGS topographic map^ I looked near both areas but no luck^ The closest water I found is in Buck Creek near 118.858591°W 34.641120°N, which is about 0.75 mi northeast of the reported spring location. Water Source: Dry Water Source Details: Weather Conditions: Sunny, warm.
