Water from FS Tank is non-potable meaning not for drinking plus it is not accessible anyway. Hopefully we get some rain and a decent snow pack this winter to replenish this spring. Link: Bluff Spring Date: 08-17-2017 Surveyor Name: Rick Humphrey Camp Description: Jeep way from Santa Barbara Canyon to the Sierra Madre connector is great, and the route to Bluff is open with no issues, just some sections that are a bit roughed up after the dozer went through....Buckhorn jeep way from Bluff towards Upper Oso is closed due to rocks down about 1/2 out of Bluff camp. Water Source: Flowing Water Source Details: Spring behind Bluff is more than a trickle and lightly flowing, as were the Springs on top of West Big Pine... Weather Conditions:
